Fruit Salad Tree

Some years ago, I obtained an experimental tree, created by the Agriculture Research Department at the University of California, Davis.  They told me it was a Fruit Salad Tree, which would grow three different types of fruit on each branch. It was hard to believe, but yesterday Bob and I harvested our first fruits--- a perfectly ripened apple, banana, and bunch of grapes.  All on one branch!!!!

Here's Bob picking the apple.  Look for this amazing tree when it comes to your local nursery.  I'm told they're developing a tomato, basil, and parmesan cheese tree!   Can't wait!
