In an ideal world, romance and affection would be celebrated every day. But, we have this official celebration, so let's make the most of it. Happy Valentine's Day!
Cookies from Bunty's Shortbread recipe. Delicious.

I hope you're having a great Valentine's day. The kids gave each other a lot of candy at school. At one point I said, "I hope none of you kids are falling in love - you're too young for that." Some kids giggled a little so I said (in my best teacher voice) "No kissing in school." They all went "Ewwwww." so I knew I didn't have to worry.

That's SO how I feel about Valentine's Day. We should celebrate love every day, but since most of us don't, let's take advantage of the special day :)

I do not have a fondness for pink, but stick a goopy girly pink heart shaped cookie in front of me and I will be yours forever! Happy belated Valentines.

Hi! It will be V-day again two weeks from now. I'm glad I found this site. Now I have an idea what to give to my boyfriend - I'm gonna bake these heart-shaped cookies for him. Thanks for the link-recipe. :-)
