Hi everybody! Nothing much to report for this week. Well, mom put out a bowl of Corona beer last night and we found around 12 huge snails in it this morning, totally dead. Man, those snails love their beer. They will literally die for it. I sort of feel the same way about shrimp. Mom said that she's eaten snails in butter sauce, but I think she's kidding me, right?
Weekend Cat Blogging was created by the lovely Clare. Everyone should go over to her site. Kiri is having a great time, hobnobbing with wild animals!!!! I would do that too, but I need a nap. Anyway, go see Kiri.
Upsie, Upsie. You can outdrink a snail can't you? Why didn't you lap up that bowl first? :)

Love the name - gorgeous cat! Is it a Himalayan?

Boo_licious,
Oh no, I didn't cook the snails for Upsie. LOL!! I've heard that people do that in other places--go out plucking snails from bushes. But, out here, they tell you not to becausse people use so many chemicals on their yard and who knows what lurks in those poor snail's bodies. Shudder.
Clare,
Your possums are so cute. The ones here are rather gnarly in appearance.
Cate,
Upsie got her name because my sister, who wound up taking her in, thought she lived in an upstairs apartment. So, she called her Upsie. Then she found out that Upsie was really homeless and took her in. She may have some Himalayan in her, but she also may have some Maine Coon Cat. Her feet are sooo big--perfect for walking on snow.
